Request One Call Management

Ticket coordination

We work from the client’s schedule to track locate requests, response status and ticket validity across sites. When a ticket is approaching expiry or a scope changes, it is flagged before it becomes a delay or a compliance problem.

One Call systems and rules differ from province to province, so coordination follows the process that applies where the work is.

  • Tracking of locate requests and ticket status
  • Coordination with facility owners and their locators
  • Monitoring of ticket validity and renewal needs
  • Consolidated locate documentation by project or site

One record per project

Locate sheets, sketches, photos and any digital locate records are organized by ticket and project so supervisors, project managers and safety staff can find what they need without chasing paperwork.

Scope note. Peak Locating is not a one-call centre and does not issue locate tickets. In Alberta, the one-call centre is Utility Safety Partners. In every province, the party carrying out ground disturbance remains responsible for its One Call obligations; Peak Locating helps clients manage that process.
